Days of Education and Science of Ukraine in the Russian Federation
On the 15th through the 17th of September the Ukrainian delegation headed by the Minister of Education and Science, Youth and Sports Mr. D. Tabachnyk visited the capital of the Russian Federation, Moscow, in the framework of conducting the Days of Education and Science of Ukraine in the Russian Federation. Among the members of the delegation were Ms. V. Goryunova, the Head of the Central Administration of Education, heads of the District Administrations, heads of educational establishments of Ukraine. The Darnytsya district was represented by the Director of Scandinavian gymnasium Tetyana E. Pushkaryova. The Ukrainian delegation visited «The School of the Future» and the Technological college #21. The meeting of the delegation of the Kyiv Central Administration of Education and the management of the Department of Education of Moscow took place. At the same time, the agreements about collaboration between the Kyiv District Administrations of Education and District Administrations of Education of Moscow were signed. Thus, the Darnytsya district of Kyiv and the Severnyy district of Moscow, which have been friends for several years, signed the collaboration agreement. The visit of the Ukrainian delegation to the capital of the Russian Federation showed the mutual interest of the teachers of both countries in developing meaningful relationship and their intention to attain a new qualitative level of co-operation in the field of education.
