The Youth for Healthy Way of Living!

On November the 25th the psychological service of Scandinavian Gymnasium together with the «Children's Village» ICO Welfare Fund organized and conducted the photo exhibit "Drug is the Killer" (authoring of Mary Syoderberh, the Swedish photo designer and psychologist) for the students of the 7th, 8th and 9th forms for the purpose of preventing drug and other chemicals dependency, juvenile crime, and HIV contagion amidst young people.

14 classes of the gymnasium visited the photo exhibit. The «Children's Village» ICO Welfare Fund psychologist Yulia N. Boiko and the speaker group of the 10-formers, participants of the international program “Equal to Equal”, guided the exhibition:

The students not only had the opportunity to see the exhibition and listen to the factful story of Yulia N. Boiko and elder students, but also ask questions, discuss things that concern young people today.

Our speaker group expressed their desire to hold such an event for the students of other schools of the Darnytsya district. Yulia N. Boiko and the psychological service of Scandinavian Gymnasium support the initiative of the students and are already planning such cooperation with other educational institutions.
