Happy Victory Day!
On the eve of the great holiday the guests of honor, veterans of the Great Patriotic War, Vladimir Zarzhitsky and Gregoriy Skoryna visited Scandinavian Gymnasium. They talked about their memories of the terrible events of the war and their participation in the liberation of Kyiv and the Motherland from the Nazi invaders.
During the meeting the students of the 5 grades presented the project "My Relatives - Children of War" in which with the help of their history teacher L. Brykova presented the memories of their relatives about the terrible years of war. They gathered documentary evidence, photographs, letters from the fronts, stories of their relatives on the events of the Great Patriotic War.
On May the 9th our students traditionally participate in festive events and with the "live corridor" welcome the veterans in the Park of Partisan Glory.
